The recording brings together Aquiles Priester, Edu Ardanuy, Thiago Bianchi, Dani Matos, Fábio Laguna, and Guilherme Torres in a performance of the classic Angra track.

The All Metal Stars BR project released a new video playing “Carry On,” one of the greatest classics in Andre Matos’ history, originally released on Angra’s award-winning album Angels Cry (1993). The content highlights the central purpose of the tour: to celebrate the work and legacy of Andre Matos, one of the most influential names in world metal, whose trajectory continues to inspire generations. In the video, the All Metal Stars BR lineup presents a powerful and respectful rendition of “Carry On,” balancing fidelity to the era-defining arrangements with the identity of musicians who helped write fundamental chapters in the history of metal in the country.

The tour brings together three icons of the genre: Aquiles Priester (Angra, Hangar and W.A.S.P), Edu Ardanuy (Sinistra and Dr. Sin) and Thiago Bianchi (Noturnall and Shaman). The project pays an unprecedented tribute to Andre Matos, one of the biggest names in world metal, whose work has influenced generations. The tribute takes on an even more personal tone with the special participation of Dani Matos, Andre’s brother and current bassist of Viper.

The team of musicians is completed by heavyweight names: Fábio Laguna (ex-Angra), Guilherme Torres and Saulo Xakol (both from Noturnall), forming a true constellation of Brazilian metal. Together, they promise an intense and exciting show, full of classics, surprises and tracks rarely played live.

New names in metal also take the stage
The tour also makes room for the new generation of national metal. The Porto Alegre-based band Phornax, led by Cristiano Poschi and Eduardo Martinez (formerly of Hangar), will be the special guest on the tour. Also participating are Krakkenspit, a highlight of tours with Edu Falaschi and Noturnall, and the veteran band Tierramystica, present at the Northeast dates.

Solidarity tickets and social responsibility

In addition to the musical tribute, the event also fulfills an important social role: tickets include a solidarity option, offering a discount upon donation of 1 kg of non-perishable food or pet food. The donations will be destined for local charities in each city.
